WHAT IS INSIDE ►
► Trace the words - five words from the story, with a dot to start each letter
► Count and circle - count the pictures, circle the right number
► Match the shadow - join each picture to its silhouette
► A maze - from one end of the story to the other
► Find the butterflies - a look-and-count page
► Dot to dot - joins up into a shape from the story
HOW TO USE IT ★
Sit alongside rather than opposite - it is easier to help that way, and it feels less like a test.
One sheet at a time is plenty. Tracing and mazes suit a table; counting works anywhere.
PRINTING ★
Print at 100 percent, not "fit to page", so everything stays the size it was drawn.
US Letter and A4 friendly - the artwork sits well clear of the edges, so either paper works.
COMMON QUESTIONS ★
When do I get it? Straight after your payment clears. Etsy emails you a download link and the files also sit under Purchases in your Etsy account.
Is anything posted to me? No. This is a digital download - nothing is shipped.
Do I need special software? No. It is an ordinary PDF. Any phone, tablet or computer opens it, and any home printer prints it.
How many times can I print it? As many as you like, forever, for your own family or classroom.
Can I use it at school? Yes - use it with your own class freely. Please do not resell it or pass the files on to other teachers; send them here instead.
Something went wrong? Message me and I will fix it the same day.
THE RUFUS SERIES ★
Eight printable adventures with the same kind little fox - woodland, dinosaurs, space, the deep blue sea, bedtime, big feelings, Christmas and Halloween.
Illustrations designed by me with the aid of AI tools.
For personal and classroom use. Please do not resell or redistribute the files.
There is a tiny blue butterfly hidden on every single page we make. See if your child finds it before you do.
