Halloween Flashlight Game
Halloween flashlight game for toddlers and preschoolers: 36 window cards, and behind every window a little woodland friend in a Halloween costume is hiding.
$1.95$3.00−35%on Etsy · sale until 31 Oct
Every card is one strip you fold in half, so the hidden picture lands exactly behind the window by itself - no lining up two pieces of paper. Flip the card over and the answer is on the back.
Perfect for Halloween parties, classroom centers, homeschool, busy bags and dark autumn evenings.
WHAT YOU GET ★
✓ 36 flashlight cards - twelve on every page
✓ 4 Pumpkin Tree boards, nine friends on each
✓ A how-to page with ways to play
✓ An "I found them all!" chart to color in
✓ 2 PDF files - one for US Letter paper and one for A4
✓ 11 pages in each file, color throughout
✓ Instant digital download - nothing is mailed to you
THE 36 FRIENDS ★
18 woodland animals in costumes: witch fox, ghost bear, ghost mouse, pumpkin bunny, pumpkin fawn, witch frog, bat raccoon, cat squirrel, wizard hedgehog, wizard owl, skeleton-pajama badger, vampire skunk, mummy beaver, ladybug chipmunk, dragon turtle, pumpkin bluebird, pirate otter, scarecrow fox
18 Halloween things: jack-o'-lantern, little ghost, black cat, bat, candy corn, candy, cauldron, witch hat, broomstick, spider, moon, candy apple, lollipop, autumn leaves, scarecrow, lantern, crow, treat bucket
Some friends look alike on purpose - two ghosts, two pumpkins, two witches - so little eyes have to look closely at the ears and hats.
HOW TO MAKE IT ★
Print on plain printer paper (card stock is too thick for the light to shine through).
Cut out each strip on the gray lines, fold it on the blue line and glue the two white sides together.
HOW TO PLAY ★
Hold a card up and shine a flashlight behind it - a phone light works too.
Who is hiding in the window? Find the same friend on the boards and put the card on its window.
Flip the card over to check.
WAYS TO PLAY ★
Play in a dim room - the darker the room, the brighter the surprise.
Easier: one board and its nine cards. Harder: all four boards at once.
Take turns: one child shines, the other guesses.
WHAT YOU NEED ★
Printer · Plain paper · Scissors · Glue stick · Flashlight
PRINTING ★
Print at 100 percent ("actual size"), not "fit to page". Use the US Letter file on letter paper and the A4 file on A4 paper.
