THE 36 CARDS ★
They go from the easiest to the hardest, so your child can start at the beginning.
17 shapes (3 to 12 sticks): triangle, sparkle, arrow, square, diamond, parallelogram, hashtag, zigzag, trapezoid, pentagon, star, rectangle, hexagon, big triangle, heart, octagon, wheel
19 pictures (3 to 10 sticks): lightning, flag, house, bow tie, hourglass, kite, gift, fish, ladder, tree, flower, windmill, tent, crown, boat, butterfly, mountains, fence, rocket
HOW TO PLAY ★
Print the cards, ideally on card stock, and cut along the dashed lines.
Laminate them if you like, and they come out again and again.
Look at a card, count the sticks, and build the same picture next to it on the table.
WAYS TO PLAY ★
Count the sticks out loud before you start - every card shows how many of each color.
Say the colors as you place them, then try the same shape with only one color.
Harder: look at the card for ten seconds, turn it over, and build it from memory.
WHAT YOU NEED ★
Printer · Scissors · Popsicle sticks (colored craft sticks - not included)
PRINTING ★
Print at 100 percent ("actual size"), not "fit to page". Use the US Letter file on letter paper and the A4 file on A4 paper.
