HOW TO USE IT

1. Read "ADHD in one page" (page 7). It takes two minutes.

2. Pick a setup on page 4: small (5 pages), medium (12 pages) or whole sections.

3. Print only those pages and keep them in a binder, a folder or on a clipboard.

4. After a week, keep what helped and swap what didn't. Fell off? Page 8 helps you restart.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is this a physical product?

No. It is a digital download. Nothing will be shipped.

How do I get the files?

Right after you pay, go to You > Purchases on Etsy and download them. Etsy also emails you a link.

Can I type into it?

Yes. Open it in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader (computer, iPad or Android). Some browsers and phone viewers don't save what you type, so use Acrobat if your text disappears.

Do I have to print all 345 pages?

Please don't. Start with 5 pages (page 4 shows which) and print more only when you want them.

Is it dated?

Both. Most pages are undated, so you can start any day and print them again. There is also a dated calendar from November 2026 to December 2027.

Do I get updates?

Yes, free. When we add pages, the new version replaces the files and you can download it again from your Etsy purchases.

Does it work in GoodNotes or Notability?

Yes, but for a tablet we suggest our digital edition, which has tabs you can tap.

Which size should I print?

A4 outside North America, US Letter in the US and Canada. A5, Half Letter and Happy Planner Classic are for planners and binders.
